Information Technology Support Technician

NTT DATA is seeking an Information Technology Support Technician to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will provide onsite technical support for end users in a plant/manufacturing environment and perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers / tablets.

Requirements

• 5+ years IT support experience
• Experience in supporting Operational Infrastructure Technology
• Experience with exacqVision and IP cameras
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment
• Knowledge and Experience with Android OS and Apple iOS
• Excellent customer/client service skills
• Verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations and conflict resolution
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Active communicator
• Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues
• Excellent hands-on troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred
