Pega Architect

We are seeking an experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega application architecture, best practices, integration strategies, and performance optimization, and will play a key role in leading technical design and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of IT experience with Pega application development and minimum 3 years of hands-on Pega development experience with constellation.
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (v7.x / v8.x or above), Case Management and BPM concepts, Data modelling and class structure design, Integration services (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, etc.), Pega Decisioning and business rules, UI/UX configuration using Pega UI frameworks, and Pega guardrails and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA/SSA) certification – Mandatory, Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Preferred
