Senior System Architect (Pega)

We are seeking an experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions using the Pega Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–8+ years of IT experience with Pega application development and minimum 3 years of hands-on Pega development experience with constellation
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (v7.x / v8.x or above)
• Case Management and BPM concepts
• Data modelling and class structure design
• Integration services (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, etc.)
• Pega Decisioning and business rules
• UI/UX configuration using Pega UI frameworks
• Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and performance tuning
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
