Support Engineer (L1)

NTT DATA is seeking a Support Engineer (L1) to join their team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments, with a focus on incident triage, severity classification, and execution of runbooks and standard recovery procedures.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
• Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
• Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis
• Perform initial incident triage and severity classification
• Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
• Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
