Transition Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Transition Lead to manage end-to-end service transitions from clients or incumbent vendors into NTT DATA’s India Delivery Center and/or global delivery model.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in transition governance, knowledge transfer planning, service readiness, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and offshore ramp-up
• Digital Workplace portfolio experience (Service Desk, EUC/Endpoint, Field Services, M365/Collaboration, Identity, Asset/CMDB, DeX, automation)
• Pre-sales transition solutioning experience
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
