Role Overview

As a Transition Expert, you will develop and execute transition and change management plans for project handover, ensuring seamless migration of services, systems, and knowledge to government teams. You will establish governance processes for post-transition sustainability, conduct training, workshops, and documentation for smooth handover, and identify transition risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in transition/change management roles in large IT projects
• MBA (Operations/IT) or B.Tech/BE with specialization in IT Service Management
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and government service operations
• Experience in knowledge transfer and service migration
