MS Service Engineer (L1)

As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1), you will be responsible for providing managed service to clients to ensure their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. You will monitor client infrastructure, identify problems, and provide telephonic or chat support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent qualification
• CCNA or equivalent certification
• Entry-level experience with troubleshooting and providing support in network / data center / systems / storage administration and monitoring
• Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products within the supported technical domain
