Job Description
Join the Operational Risk Team at Nu as an Operational Risk Specialist and help manage and oversee the operational risk function of the organization. Collaborate with business units to identify and mitigate potential losses and customer dissatisfaction, and ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and customer trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, Internal/ External Audit, or similar areas
- Strong knowledge and experience in the financial services or banking industry
