Requirements

• 5+ years of life science/biotech commercial services negotiations experience
• Advanced life-science degree (PhD preferred; MSc/MBA acceptable with equivalent experience)
• Deep antibody and/or membrane protein expertise
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Influence & communication
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Salesforce (or other CRM) for pipeline management, contract lifecycle tracking, and commercial reporting.
