Technical Sourcer

Nudge is a technology company developing non-invasive, ultrasound-based devices to stimulate and image the brain. We're looking for a Technical Sourcer to source highly technical roles across the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing highly technical roles
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex systems
• Excellent pattern recognition and judgment
• Demonstrated ability to source for niche or ambiguous roles
• Strong search strategy skills
• Ability to engage and build relationships with highly technical candidates
• Highly organized with minimal oversight
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments
