Job Description
As a Technical Sourcer at Regard, you will own the identification and engagement of top talent for technical, product, clinical, and other hard-to-fill roles.
Requirements
- Source top talent for hard-to-fill technical, product, clinical, and specialized roles across Regard
- Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, SeekOut, niche networks, and other creative sourcing channels
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies and understand role requirements
