Guest Experience Agent, Conrad Corfu

We're looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Conrad Corfu. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, a certificate in tourism, and excellent communication skills. As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing VIP amenities, and handling personalized requests. Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels'
• Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism
• Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset
• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
• Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
