Guest Experience Manager, Conrad Corfu

Join Conrad Corfu as a Guest Experience Manager and redefine the essence of hospitality through a New Modern approach. Oversee daily Guest Experience operations, collaborate with departments, and lead the Guest Experience team to maintain service excellence.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels'
• Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism
• Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset
• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, specifically Opera, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
