Remote Seed Sales Representative

Job Title: Remote Seed Sales Representative. Responsible for selling corn and soybean products to growers to develop the sales of strategic seed partners in the assigned sales territory.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in seed sales
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a closely related field (2-year degree with adequate experience considered)
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success
• Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and the ability to influence others at all organizational levels
• Digital proficiency to support Seed Advisor, Digital Agronomy, and other Digital Experience tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel
