The Sr. Advisor, Procurement Systems and Enablement role supports the Manager, Procurement Systems and Enablement in driving technology adoption and optimization across a multi-ERP environment. This role acts as a bridge between the procurement organization and IT, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, translated into system requirements, and effectively implemented.
Requirements
- Analyze business requirements to design, configure, customize, and validate procurement system modules
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and provide guidance to procurement team on system functionality and usage
- Partner with project managers, developers, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful tool implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during implementation and post-deployment
- Integrate procurement tools with enterprise systems and manage ongoing interface performance
- Analyze business processes using functional and data-driven methods to recommend technology solutions
- Identify system improvement opportunities, document requirements, coordinate testing, and implement production changes
- Assess procurement system functionality and evaluate new releases to leverage enhanced capabilities
- Apply hands-on experience with cloud-based procurement technologies and integrations
- Drive process automation and innovation using procurement tools to streamline manual workflows
- Support deployment and roadmap development for procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, MCI Track)
