Job Description
As a Dairy Consulting Nutritionist, you will provide expert advice and guidance to dairy producers to optimize the nutrition and health of their herds, develop customized feeding programs, and implement strategies to enhance milk production, herd health, and overall profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years in dairy nutrition consulting, feed formulation, or related agricultural roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret nutritional data, perform ration balancing, and optimize feed formulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences
- Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to develop innovative solutions to complex nutritional challenges
- Proficiency in computer software for data analysis, ration modeling, and herd management systems
