Requirements

• High school diploma with minimum of 2 years job-related experience
• Associate degree with 6 months job-related experience (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a job-related field (preferred)
• Basic MS Word & MS Excel skills
• Customer Service and organizational skills
• National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) certification within one year of hire
