Job Description
Facilitates patient flow through the system, obtaining demographic and financial information, and performing registration, insurance verification, and scheduling duties.
Requirements
- HS Diploma with minimum of 2 years job related experience
- Associate degree with 6 months job-related experience - Preferred
- Minimum Experience of 1 year preferred in a job-related experience
- Basic MS Word & MS Excel
- Customer Service and organizational skills
- National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) certification within one year of hire
