Requirements

• Identifies, prevents, remediates and rehabilitates acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain.
• Evaluates and analyzes patients and therapeutic application.
• Assumes responsibility for the ongoing interdisciplinary assessment and development of the individualized plan of care.
• Composes and communicates with the physician.
