Job Description
This position is for a Physical Therapist Per Visit, requiring assessment of patients' functional limitations and identification of their needs for home health services. The therapist will provide treatments as ordered by the physician, record evaluation data and client responses, and participate in case management conferences. It is a per diem position based at a location in Ulster County, NY.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one (1) year of experience
- Significant manual skills/motor skills / finger dexterity
- Significant occupational risk
