The Office Coordinator provides reception and administrative support to our Montreal Head office. This role is a true hybrid position, combining front-office reception duties with event coordination and general support.
Requirements
- Greet guests and visitors at reception and respond to inquiries, redirecting them to proper channels as needed.
- Order and maintain supplies for the office and for common areas.
- Ensure office cleanliness and address any issues related to office sanitation and/or maintenance including all shared spaces.
- Assist with shipping to and from the Montreal office.
- Support all in-office events including food orders and ensure daily restocking of the kitchen.
- Assist with coordinating employee events and initiatives, and recognition activities.
- Set up and maintain up-to-date vendor tracking and invoice filing system.
