Job Description
Nuvei is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to ensure the stability, scalability, and operational excellence of its global Alternative Payment Methods (APM) portfolio. The role involves operational ownership, maintenance backlog management, root cause analysis, and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in payments or fintech, or in a tech/saas company
- Experience with supporting products, including operational issues and day‐to‐day product support
- Familiarity with incident handling and backlog support
