Job Description
We're a global fintech company that's growing and diversifying rapidly. We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to own and streamline operational change management across our payments ecosystem. The role involves owning operational change, translating partner requirements, managing the intake process, coordinating cross-functionally, and improving documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated financial products
- Ability to operate in complex, integration-heavy ecosystems
- Structured thinking and ability to manage high volume of time-sensitive changes
- Ability to translate complex specifications into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
