Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager I to join our team at the Southside Financial Center in Anchorage, Alaska. The ideal candidate will be passionate, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional member service. This role involves consulting with members, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling member transactions, maintaining confidentiality, and representing the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
- 12 months of experience in a similar position with prior loan experience and a proven track record of meeting performance and service goals
- Working knowledge of deposit/loan products, including Trust, IRA, certificates, and loans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
