Senior Producer

NVE Experience Agency is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to our clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven event production experience
• Strong knowledge of Production role as it pertains to cross-departmental workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
• Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, agency environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
• Thorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
• Knowledge of fabrication/scenic and technical production
