Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, International business
- +3 years of experience in Customer Service
- +3 years of experience or knowledge of ERP/order management systems
- Bilingual Preferred
- Desirable experience in the electrical sector
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests
- Ability to speak with a wide variety of internal and external customers
- Ability and willingness to work with different departments within the corporation as part of fulfilling customer service excellence
