Requirements

• Planning and coordinating multiple NPI projects from initiation to completion
• Facilitating and leading agile processes/ceremonies
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to determine project goals and deliverables
• Managing and prioritizing product backlog
• Monitoring project progress and providing timely updates on project status
• Applying agile methodologies and principles
• Acting as a servant-leader by coaching and mentoring team members
