Requirements

• Collaborate with executive, PMO, functional, and facility leadership to understand and prioritize business goals.
• Develop project proposals that strictly align with schedule, funding, and staffing requirements.
• Lead large-scale central initiatives, directing infrastructure expansion, product transfers, and capital equipment projects.
• Work with functional leaders to develop detailed work plans and staffing needs.
• Manage and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate project status and updates to project team, collaborators, and leadership.
