Job Description
We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead teams in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering or Technical field and a minimum of 7 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing/assembly environment.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or Technical field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing/assembly environment
- Previous experience in Manufacturing, preferably in steel stamping and assembly
- Experience managing professional staff
- Experience managing an ISO 9001 QSM
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to adapt rapidly to changes and function in a high stress, high pressure environment with a positive attitude
- Proficient use with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Windows, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and operate in a team based environment
- Knowledge of MRP and material flow processes
