Quality Manager II

nVent is seeking a Quality Manager II to lead the Quality function at the Anoka main plant and stainless steel plant. The role will be responsible for strategy, leadership, and execution of quality management systems, customer engagement, and supplier quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required
• Professional quality certifications such as CQE, CQM, or CQA (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality systems
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Lean methodologies
• Experience with ISO management systems
• Proficiency with enterprise quality systems and tools
