Quality Senior Manager

We’re looking for a Quality Senior Manager to champion quality processes, tools, policies, and documentation systems across the region. This role will shape the future of quality, lead site quality managers, and drive meaningful transformation in the nVent Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering
• Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to teach, coach, and apply quality tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles across multiple plants
• Strong digital fluency, with experience working in ERP systems, CAPA databases, PLM tools, New Product Development processes, data and reporting platforms, and root‐cause and corrective action methodologies
• Experience leading significant quality initiatives across multiple sites, driving alignment, standardization, and sustainable improvement
• Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems, including building, maintaining, and improving QMS documentation and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015
