Senior Software Adoption Manager

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Software Adoption Manager to drive revenue growth and adoption of its AI software offerings across enterprise customers in North America. The role blends sales, consulting, and business development, and requires 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in enterprise software sales, business development, consulting, or a hybrid of these, with a consistent track record of measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated experience engaging through and with ecosystem partners: ISVs, OEMs, or channel/solution partners
• Strong ability to connect business problems to technical solutions
• Value-selling rigor: able to build executive business cases and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Project management instincts with the ability to orchestrate multiple moving pieces across customers, partners, and internal teams
• Ability to travel domestically 25–40% as needed
