Job Description
We are seeking an IT Service Manager to oversee and manage the application managed services and application development services provided by external vendors. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for services and service level related topics, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with ITSM tooling for monitoring and reporting
