NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Men’s Sales to lead and expand our men’s apparel business.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and long-term growth plan for the men’s apparel division
- Lead, mentor, and manage the men’s sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
- Own and strengthen executive-level relationships with key retail partners and national accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, distribution channels, and market segments
- Partner with merchandising, design, marketing, and operations teams to align product assortments with customer and market demand
- Drive annual sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee pricing strategies, margin optimization, and promotional planning
- Represent the company at major trade shows, industry events, and executive buyer meetings
- Provide leadership in negotiating large-scale contracts and long-term partnerships
