Senior Designer, Men's

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a Senior Designer, Men's to lead the design and development of innovative, trend-driven men's collections.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in men's apparel design
• Strong portfolio showcasing trend-forward yet commercially successful product
• Deep understanding of fabric construction, sourcing, and performance attributes
• Proven experience designing for multiple retail tiers (value, department store, specialty/boutique)
• Proficiency in PLM systems, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit development, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple seasons and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives
