Job Description
We're hiring a hands-on Group Chief Accountant to oversee accounting operations, lead a team of Group Lead Accountants, and transform our finance systems through automation and digitization.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
- 10+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with 3+ years in a group-level leadership role
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, audit management, and financial reporting in multi-entity environments
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a strong advantage
- Skilled in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
- Strong interest in automation, digital transformation, and AI in finance
- Confident communicator able to engage with senior leadership, auditors, and regulators
