Job Description
We are seeking a Building & Grounds Technician II to join our team in Queensbury, NY. The position involves maintenance work including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license that meets WWAARC insurability requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in building or grounds maintenance preferred
- Strong background in plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic electrical, building and equipment repair, or grounds maintenance
- Ability to perform essential job functions including prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting; and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
