As Territory Manager, you will build strong and sustainable customer relationships within the stores in your territory, with a view to partnering to grow revenue and build our brands. You’ll be well supported by our in-house merchandising team, who you will work closely with and provide coaching and training to as needed.
Requirements
- A passion for selling and building relationships
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Great communication and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Experience in the NZ FMCG/ Grocery industry, with field sales and/or merchandising experience an advantage
