Job Description
O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience to join its Labor & Employment department in Orange County, CA. This associate will handle a wide-range of labor & employment matters and join a diverse practice group.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Preferred experience with FEHA, agency complaint, wage & hour and other employment matters
- Involved in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
- Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
- License to practice in CA
