Maintenance Planner

O-I is looking for a Maintenance Planner to schedule maintenance work activity in the plant, coordinate with production staff, and review and improve maintenance and planning processes to improve efficiency and remove waste.

Requirements

• Coordinate with Job Change Coordinator and production staff to plan maintenance during downtime
• Provide documentation of upcoming work, including parts lists / kits required
• Review and improve the maintenance and planning processes to improve efficiency and remove waste
• Understand storeroom inventories, min/max, and work with storeroom personnel to manage parts inventory and prioritize ordering against available M&E budgets
• Interface with the safety observation, walk-and-talk, and near-miss processes within the plant to ensure alignment of maintenance resources and activities to improve employee safety and environmental compliance
