Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service and support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. This position will require assisting customers, managing the cash drawer, and performing various daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
• ASE certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
