The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service, support store management, and perform various operational tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Provide excellent service to customers on the phone and in the store
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process transactions, and address customer complaints
- Perform daily operational tasks, such as stocking shelves and preparing merchandise returns
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries
