The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise
- Provide excellent service to customers on the phone
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
