The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service and support store management in assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers
- Complete assigned company training
- Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions, and resolve customer complaints
