Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist with various daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow)
