Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management and promoting company customer service programs.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Provide excellent service to customers on the phone and in-store
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
