The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management and assisting with daily tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Provide excellent service to phone customers
- Maintain cash drawer and process transactions
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
