The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with high-level service and support store management in assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Maintain and secure cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries
