Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to customers and support store management in assigned tasks. The position requires providing customer service, assisting with inventory management, and performing daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
