Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service, support store management, and complete assigned company training.

Requirements

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer
• Process exchanges and returns
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Perform various daily operational tasks
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
• Perform in-store services for customers
